Beyond coffee, the hiking trails offered a delightful way to explore the natural beauty surrounding the estate, complemented by expert birdwatching led by Cesar-where we were thrilled to spot the majestic Resplendent Quetzal. Dining at La Brulerie was a true culinary delight; each meal was thoughtfully prepared by the talented kitchen team, delivering a creative menu that infused local flavors with a focus on healthy eating.
